Where there's space - there's possibility
Engineered for sustainability — our core ultrafine fly ash products deliver superior performance across green construction and energy sectors.

Jiangsu Anmin New Building Materials Co., Ltd., established in 2010, is an important measure in our product extension strategy.
Located within the Guji Cement Co., Ltd. plant area in Jianhu County, the company operates under a unified management but separate accounting model with Guji. The company's production scale is 200,000 tons of ultrafine powder and 600,000 cubic meters of commercial concrete per year, with annual sales revenue exceeding 200 million yuan.
The main equipment includes one φ3.2×13m ball mill, one φ2.6×13m ball mill, one concrete mixing system and one wet mortar mixing system — enabling consistent, large-scale delivery of ultrafine fly ash products that support sustainable green energy and construction goals worldwide.
🏭 Unified management and separate accounting modelAs the global construction and energy sectors accelerate toward carbon neutrality, ultrafine fly ash has emerged as one of the most strategically important industrial by-products of our era. Derived from coal combustion, this finely processed material — when engineered to ultrafine particle sizes (D50 ≤ 15μm) — unlocks extraordinary performance benefits that align perfectly with the demands of sustainable green energy infrastructure.
Fly ash is generated in enormous quantities — globally exceeding 800 million tons annually. Ultrafine processing transforms this industrial waste stream into a premium supplementary cementitious material (SCM), diverting it from landfills and reducing CO₂ emissions by up to 40% compared to ordinary Portland cement production.
Wind farms, solar power plants, hydroelectric facilities, and EV charging infrastructure all require massive volumes of high-durability concrete. Ultrafine fly ash delivers the long-term strength, reduced permeability, and chemical resistance these structures demand — at lower carbon cost.
China's construction materials market alone exceeds ¥3 trillion annually. With government mandates pushing green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, China Green Building Star), demand for fly ash-based SCMs is growing at 8–12% CAGR, creating significant commercial opportunity for advanced producers.
Standard fly ash (D50 ~45–75μm) offers moderate pozzolanic activity. By reducing particle size to the ultrafine range (D50 ≤ 15μm), reactivity increases dramatically due to the exponential increase in surface area. This means faster pozzolanic reactions, denser microstructure in hardened concrete, superior resistance to chloride penetration and sulfate attack — critical properties for offshore wind foundations, underground energy storage vaults, and high-rise green buildings. Our proprietary milling technology achieves consistent ultrafine gradation, ensuring each batch meets the rigorous specifications demanded by modern green energy projects.
With China's "dual carbon" goals (carbon peak 2030, neutrality 2060) and the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) reshaping global trade, low-carbon building materials are no longer optional — they are regulatory requirements. Ultrafine fly ash, as a proven carbon-reduction tool, is positioned at the heart of this transition. Producers who invest in ultrafine processing now are securing competitive advantage in a rapidly decarbonizing market.
Next-generation ultrafine powder production is integrating AI-driven quality control systems that monitor particle size distribution in real time, automatically adjusting mill parameters to maintain target D50 values. Combined with smart blending of GGBFS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag) and fly ash, these systems produce composite SCMs with precisely engineered performance profiles — enabling customized solutions for everything from ultra-high-strength pipe piles to lightweight insulation boards.
Infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East — many financed under China's Belt and Road Initiative — increasingly specify green building materials to meet international sustainability standards. Chinese ultrafine fly ash manufacturers are well-positioned to supply these projects, with competitive pricing, proven technology, and the scale to meet large-volume demands. Export certifications and international quality standards are becoming key differentiators.
The explosive growth of grid-scale battery storage facilities and EV charging networks requires specialized concrete with superior thermal stability and electromagnetic shielding properties. Ultrafine fly ash, particularly graphite-modified variants, is emerging as a key material for these applications — providing both structural integrity and functional performance in energy storage enclosures, transformer foundations, and underground cable conduits.
