Where there's space - there's possibility
Sri Lanka’s construction sector is undergoing a massive paradigm shift. Driven by mega-scale projects like the Port City Colombo, the expansion of the Hambantota Deep Water Port, and the extension of national expressway networks, the demand for highly durable, marine-resistant, and high-strength concrete is at an all-time high. In tropical coastal environments, standard Portland cement concrete is highly susceptible to chloride penetration, sulfate attack, and alkali-silica reactions (ASR). This is where our specialized ultrafine mineral powders play a transformative role.
"By refining the particle size distribution (D50 < 15μm), our ultrafine mineral admixtures act as both an active pozzolanic binder and an ultra-dense micro-filler, significantly reducing concrete porosity and dramatically extending the service life of coastal infrastructure."
As the Green Building Council of Sri Lanka (GBCSL) pushes for sustainable construction practices, developers and ready-mix concrete suppliers are actively seeking ways to reduce the carbon footprint of their structures. Our ultrafine GGBFS and fly ash blends allow for up to a 30% to 50% replacement of traditional OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement). This not only drastically lowers CO2 emissions but also reduces hydration heat in mass concrete pours—a critical factor for thick foundation rafts used in Colombo's skyscraper developments.
Jiangsu Anmin New Building Materials Co., Ltd., established in 2010, is an important measure in our product extension strategy. Located within the Guji Cement Co., Ltd. plant area in Jianhu County, the company operates under a unified management but separate accounting model with Guji.
Our state-of-the-art production facility scales up to 200,000 tons of ultrafine powder and 600,000 cubic meters of commercial concrete per year, generating annual sales revenue exceeding 200 million yuan. Equipped with advanced φ3.2*13m and φ2.6*13m ball mills, and integrated wet mortar systems, we guarantee consistent particle distribution and premium quality for all international shipments, including direct supply lines to Sri Lankan ports.
Optimizing workability and early-stage strength development in commercial concrete plants.
Helping cement grinding stations meet eco-friendly standards while boosting ultimate compressive strength.
Enhancing steam-cured concrete pile piles for deep marine foundations in soft shoreline soils.
Integrating graphite-modified cementitious matrices for fireproof and high-insulation panels.
Since 1958

We adhere strictly to international manufacturing standards. Our testing protocols encompass IATF 16949, CE compliance, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, and MSA to ensure 100% stable performance in every batch shipped to Sri Lanka.

In coastal areas like Colombo and Galle, concrete is constantly exposed to salt spray and seawater containing high levels of chloride and sulfate ions. Traditional concrete has microscopic capillaries that allow these ions to penetrate and corrode the internal steel rebar. Our ultrafine powder features a particle size distribution where D50 is less than 15μm. These micro-particles physically fill the interstitial voids between cement grains, blocking capillary pathways. Furthermore, the active silica and alumina in the powder react chemically with calcium hydroxide (a byproduct of cement hydration) to form additional, stable calcium silicate hydrates (C-S-H gel), sealing the concrete matrix and providing superior resistance to chemical attack.
Yes, our ultrafine mineral admixtures are designed to replace a portion of Ordinary Portland Cement (typically between 20% and 50% depending on the specific structural requirements). Replacing OPC with our 30% Dosage Economic Ultrafine Powder significantly lowers material costs, reduces hydration heat in mass concrete pours, and dramatically lowers the carbon footprint of the project. This makes it highly suitable for large-scale infrastructure developments trying to achieve green building certifications in Sri Lanka.
Yancheng Yuanlai Commerce & Trade Co., Ltd. has established robust logistics networks for export. We ship in bulk carriers or heavy-duty moisture-proof container bags directly from major ports in China to Port of Colombo or Hambantota Port. Our packaging is designed to withstand tropical humidity and maritime transit, ensuring the powder remains dry and fully reactive upon arrival.
Standard GGBFS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag) typically has a Blaine fineness of 400-450 m²/kg. Our Ultrafine GGBFS Fly Ash Blend is milled down to a much finer state (typically exceeding 700 m²/kg, with D50=14.73μm). This ultra-fineness accelerates the pozzolanic reaction rate, enhances early-stage strength development, and provides a much tighter particle packing density, which standard GGBFS cannot achieve. It is highly recommended for high-performance concrete (HPC) and ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC).
