Ultrafine Powder

Our Ultrafine Powder is a high-performance admixture specially developed for cement manufacturing, concrete production, pipe pile manufacturing and cement-based fireproof and thermal insulation materials. It is compounded by high-quality mineral powder and fly ash, adopting advanced grinding technology to ensure uniform particle size, good activity and excellent compatibility with cement and concrete. As a professional manufacturer integrating cement and admixture production, we strictly control the quality of raw materials and production processes, making our ultrafine powder meet international standards and become an ideal auxiliary material for modern construction projects.

The unique composite formula of mineral powder and fly ash endows the ultrafine powder with excellent performance advantages. When added to cement manufacturing, it can effectively improve the strength, durability and impermeability of cement, reduce the consumption of cement clinker, and lower production costs while ensuring product quality. In concrete manufacturing, it can optimize the workability of concrete, enhance its compactness and frost resistance, reduce shrinkage and cracks, and extend the service life of concrete structures, which is widely used in bridges, roads, high-rise buildings and other large-scale projects.

    Introduction
    Product Introduction
    MANUFACTURING

For pipe pile manufacturing, our ultrafine powder can improve the fluidity and moldability of concrete, ensure the compactness and strength of pipe piles, enhance their load-bearing capacity and durability, and meet the strict quality requirements of precast pipe piles in various construction scenarios. In addition, it is also an important raw material for cement-based fireproof and thermal insulation materials, which can improve the fire resistance, thermal insulation performance and mechanical strength of the materials, making them suitable for thermal insulation and fire protection projects of various buildings.

    MANUFACTURING

Compared with single-component admixtures, our composite ultrafine powder has more comprehensive performance, better cost-effectiveness and stronger adaptability. It is non-toxic, harmless and environmentally friendly, in line with the development concept of green and low-carbon construction. We provide stable supply, flexible packaging options and professional technical support to meet the diverse needs of customers in different fields. Whether you are a cement manufacturer, concrete mixing plant, pipe pile producer or building material enterprise, our ultrafine powder will bring more value to your products and projects.

1.1 General Product Quality Inspection Report

    1.1.1 Inspection Purpose

To verify whether the Masonry 32.5 Cement, Composite 42.5 Cement, and Mineral Powder-Fly Ash Composite Ultrafine Powder produced by the company meet the requirements of GB 175-2007 "Common Portland Cement", GB/T 18046-2017 "Granulated Blast Furnace Slag Powder for Cement, Mortar and Concrete", and GB/T 1596-2017 "Fly Ash for Cement and Concrete", and to provide a basis for product delivery and market application.

    1.1.2 Inspection Basis
    • GB 175-2007 "Common Portland Cement"
    • GB/T 18046-2017 "Granulated Blast Furnace Slag Powder for Cement, Mortar and Concrete"
    • GB/T 1596-2017 "Fly Ash for Cement and Concrete"
    • GB/T 1346-2011 "Test Methods for Water Requirement of Normal Consistency, Setting Time and Soundness of Cement"
    1.1.3 Inspection Conclusion

All inspection items of the 3 types of products (Masonry 32.5 Cement, Composite 42.5 Cement, Mineral Powder-Fly Ash Composite Ultrafine Powder) submitted for inspection this time meet the requirements of the corresponding national standards, and are judged as Qualified, which can be delivered in batches and put into engineering application.

    1.2 Production Process Description

    1.2.1 Raw Material Pretreatment
    • Cement Raw Materials: Limestone, clay, and iron powder are mixed in proportion, homogenized in a homogenization silo, and then enter the raw material mill.
    • Ultrafine Powder Raw Materials: Mineral powder (granulated blast furnace slag) is dried and magnetically separated to remove impurities; fly ash is sorted (to remove coarse particles) to ensure raw material purity ≥98%.
    1.2.2 Grinding Process
    • Cement: A "roller press + ball mill" combined grinding system is adopted to control fineness (80μm sieve residue) ≤8% (Composite 42.5 Cement) and ≤10% (Masonry 32.5 Cement), with a specific surface area of 350-400 m²/kg.
    • Ultrafine Powder: An "vertical mill + classifier" ultra-fine grinding process is adopted; the classifier speed is controlled at 3000-3500 r/min to ensure a specific surface area ≥450 m²/kg, and the particle size distribution is concentrated in 1-30μm.
    1.2.3 Homogenization and Packaging
    • Homogenization: Cement and ultrafine powder enter the continuous homogenization silo respectively, and the composition is homogenized through air stirring, with a homogenization coefficient ≥0.85.
    • Packaging: Fully automatic packaging machines are used; the weight error of cement packaging is ±1kg, and the packaging tightness of ultrafine powder (25kg/bag or 1000kg/ton bag) is ≥99%.
